A helping hand.

Gorilla Bloom support: sorting tips, saved progress, and help when something feels stuck.

How to play

Gorilla Bloom is a fruit-sorting puzzle game with a forest and gorilla family to care for. Complete the 20 puzzles in the Rwanda chapter to restore the forest.

  1. Tap an unfinished basket to select the fruit or leaves on top.
  2. Tap an empty basket, or a basket with the same kind on top and enough room. Matching items at the top move together when space allows.
  3. Fill each basket with one kind. A completed basket stays finished. Leave any spare baskets empty to solve the puzzle.

Use Undo to take back moves, Restart to try the current puzzle again, and Hint for guidance. Restarting a puzzle does not reset your completed levels or Forest Home.

In version 0.1.1 and later, you begin with 2 Hints and 3 Undos. First-time completion of levels 10, 15 and 20 grants 1 Hint and 2 Undos at each milestone, once. Existing players receive starter supplies and already-earned milestone rewards on update. Helpful Undo activations spend one Undo; showing the same paid hint again is free. Recovery advice is free. Restart is always free, including when supplies run out. There are no ads or purchases for supplies.

Frequently asked questions

What should I do when I run out of moves?

Use Hint for guidance. If the puzzle cannot be finished from the current arrangement, the game can point you back through Undo or suggest Restart. Empty baskets are useful space for sorting. You can replay a level without losing the levels you have already completed.

How do I restore the forest and improve Forest Home?

Finishing a level for the first time restores more of the chapter’s forest and earns Leaves. Forest Home opens after the first restoration and the baby’s arrival. Spend Leaves on its five improvements in order. Spending Leaves does not reduce forest restoration, and replaying a completed level does not award more Leaves.

Does the iPhone app work offline?

Yes. Once installed, its puzzles, artwork, sound, and saves work without internet. Privacy and Support pages open in your browser and need a connection. If one cannot load, return to the game and try the page again later.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress, Leaves, Forest Home improvements, family names, and sound/vibration choices are saved automatically on this device. There is no account or cloud sync. Your current move-by-move puzzle attempt may restart after you fully close the app; completed levels and earned progress remain saved.

Can I move my save to another device or the web version?

There is no built-in transfer or sync. The iPhone app and web version have separate local saves. Apple’s device backup/restore may include app data depending on your settings, but Gorilla Bloom cannot guarantee or perform a recovery.

What does Reset progress remove?

On the level map, open Settings > Progress > Reset progress, then confirm on the next screen. In version 0.1.0, Reset progress is on the first Settings page. It clears level progress, Leaves, Forest Home improvements, family unlocks, and custom names. Music, sound effects, vibration and usage-statistics choices remain. A reset cannot be undone in the game.

How do I turn music, sound effects or vibration off?

Open Settings from the level map to change Music, Sound effects or Vibration. In version 0.1.0 there is one Sound switch. If sound is enabled but quiet, check your device’s volume and silent/audio settings. Close and reopen the app if audio does not resume after an interruption.

Troubleshooting

Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step. Deleting it can remove your local save, and we do not have a server copy to restore.
